Join me as we create your very own French inspired Marie Antionette book box.

 We will use a simple book base, build our sides and cover it in vintage French book pages and beautiful scrapbooking paper.  We will add in a romantic image of Marie Antionette that you will embellish with jewels, sequins and tiny ribbons.

 We will place into the cover a beveled piece of glass that is sealed in with gold trim and vintage Dresden to keep it in place.   You will be able to peek inside your book box and see your Marie from the outside.

 We will finish the cover with blush silk ribbon that you tie closed at the rhinestone button affixed to the front cover.  We will embellish the outside of the book box with the same jewels and sequins that Marie has on her dress in the inside.  

 At the end of class, you will walk away with a beautiful French inspired book box you will be proud to display.

Supply List: Mat, Hot glue gun and glue sticks, Sharp paper scissors to fussy cut, Small sharp scissors to cut ribbon, Exacto Knife, Paper trimmer, Small and medium flat paint brushes, Toothpicks, Modge Podge, Distress Ink Pad – Victorian Velvet, Art Glitter Glue, or similar craft glue that dries clear, Folk Art Matte Vintage White Paint, Foam Tape, Ruler, Tiny or small laundry clips or Quilting clips
