Shopping & Shipping:

What is your return policy? All online orders, classes and crops are final sale. If you receive a damaged product please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item at frank@frankgarciastudio.com with an image of the damaged product.

How long does it take to ship my order? We try to ship orders within 24 hours if all items are in stock. We ship Monday to Saturday, any orders placed on Sunday will ship the following business day that the studio is open. If you require your order quicker please contact us for rates.

What does Local Pickup Mean? Local Pickup means you live in Southern California and would like to pickup your order in our studio in Upland CA. Once you checkout, we will have your order ready within 2 hours. Please call us before heading to our studio for order availability. If you do not live in Southern California and select Local Pickup, we will not ship your order. Please contact us to arrange shipping payment as this option is only reserved for local customers.

I visited your studio and saw some items I liked but they are not online, can I still purchase them? Yes! Please give us a call (909) 920-9449 and let us know which items you are interested in and we can ship them to you.

Do you ship internationally? We ship flat rate domestic and internationally through USPS as it is the cheapest method. For current rates please check the USPS website. If you would like to ship DHL or UPS please contact us for quotes.

Can I cancel my order? If your order is in our shipping stage we are not able to cancel the order. If the order has been processed, and you wish to cancel it within 24 hours a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.

Preorders:

When do pre-orders ship? Pre-ordered items ship as soon as they are available. Products have an estimated arrival window of about 2-5 weeks. If you would like to know when a specific product arrives please contact us. Please note release dates are estimated and are subject to change. Manufacturers do not guarantee any dates.

Can I cancel a pre-order? All pre-order purchases are final on our website. In order for us to properly plan our inventory we are unable to cancel pre-orders at this time. Our original return and cancel policy applies to all pre-order purchases.

Classes & Crops:

If I do not attend a crop, can I receive a refund or credit? Unfortunately classes and crops are not refundable. If you do not attend the crop we will not issue any refunds or credits. Due to the amount of planning we do not offer any refunds or credits. Classes are non-refundable however if you are unable to attend, we will have your class kit available. Please note instructions may or may not be included with the kit, and this is at the discretion of the instructor.

Teaching Questions:

Can you come to my store and teach classes? Yes! I'd love to learn more about your store and what you have in mind. Use the contact form to send me an email. Please include your store name, dates you are looking at and information about what you have in mind.

Do you teach at events/cruises/crops? Yes, however these depend on the type of event. Please send me an email using the contact me form with more information about your event.

Can you teach with products from other companies? It depends, I work and design exclusively for Prima Marketing. If it's a product that is in direct competition with our own, I can't teach or use it. 

Can I teach a class using one of your videos/projects? No, please do not re-teach or teach any of my projects as your own, or without written permission. I create all of my original projects and develop my own techniques, if you wish to teach a class based on my projects please contact me for licensing information, thank you. 

I like one of your retired classes, can I still buy a class kit? Maybe, if I have all the pieces to an older class I can try and piece it together. Please note I may have to make replacements. Use the contact form to inquire about any classes you may be interested in.

Mini Album Parcel Club Questions:

How do I join your Parcel Club? We open registrations for the parcel club from the 1st-5th of every month, starting at 9:00 AM PST on the 1st. There are very limited spaces each month and usually the spaces are filled on day 1. 

Can I be placed on a waiting list? Yes, you can, please email us at frankgarciaparcelclub@gmail.com to be placed on a waiting list. 

What do I get in the parcel? Each parcel is different, you will receive enough product to re-create 1 mini album designed by Frank Garcia. Each album is unique and exclusive to the club and will not be available anywhere else. You will also receive full color instructions on how to re-create the project. 

What subscriptions are offered? There are 3 subscription levels, 3 month, 6 month and 12 month. If you subscribe to longer terms you will receive a discount.

Will there be special edition parcels one can purchase? Yes! We are working on a special holiday parcel and other fun things! 

How do I cancel my current subscription? We require 1 month notification if you wish to cancel your subscription. Subscriptions cancelled before the term is over will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Terms will be renewed at the end of the term you subscribe to. If you wish to end your subscription after your initial term is over you can e-mail us. Please email us before the 20th of the month, on the month your subscription ends in order to cancel. If you do not contact us before the 20th, your subscription will continue until you cancel it. If you would like to extend your current subscription, you don't need to do anything it will automatically renew. Please note, if we do not hear from you, your subscription will continue until cancelled. There are no refunds on parcels that are already prepared and charged to your account.

Can I Opt-Out or Skip a Parcel? While we try to touch every style and crafter out there, due to the extensive preparations and logistics of the program, we do not offer skipping or opting out of any parcels. We do extensive planning and cannot offer this at this time. Our albums will be offered in a variety of styles, product brands and color schemes, and we invite you to think outside the box and get out of your comfort zone. If you wish to cancel your subscription, while we would be sad to see you go, please follow the instructions above to cancel.

General Questions:

Do you sell your original projects? Sometimes I sell my original projects. Visit my shop to see current projects for sale. 

Do you create custom projects for sale? Can I request a custom made album? Yes, send me an email using the contact form and what you have in mind. Please note this will depend on my workload and at times I may be busy and may not get to it right away. However, I will try my best!

Do you do freelance graphic design, logo design or custom artwork? Yes, please use the contact form to send me an email with details of your work request. Please note I do travel often and any design work may require extended time depending on my current workload.
