Please read this page thoroughly before registering:

Join Frank Garcia Studio for 3 days of creative escape in Cambria California! This creative event will take place in the beautiful town of Cambria and will inspire you to create in one of the most picturesque places California has to offer! Our event will be held October 30th - November 2nd

The Details:

Your $799 crafting fee will include use of the crafting space, electricity and amenities:

- You will have approximately 3 feet of space for crafting. Please remember everything in Cambria is compact and spaces are relatively small. Pack smart!

- 4 Exclusive Classes - 2 classes taught by Frank Garcia, 1 class taught by Andrea Villarreal and a bonus class at Sea and Green in Cambria California. Create 3 beautiful projects filled with techniques and inspiration by two amazing instructors, plus a bonus project from Sea and Green. Classes will feature the latest and newest products. Class information to be announced in September, supply lists will be sent out 1 month before the event.

- Raffles & Giveaways throughout the event!

- Continental Breakfast for hotel guests staying on property and Served Lunches on Thursday October 31st, Friday November 1st.

Itinerary:

- Wednesday October 30th: Morning Driftwood Talisman Crystal Class at Sea and Green - We will have two groups one at 10:00am - 11:30am and one at 12:00pm - 1:30pm. Please select your desired time at checkout.

  • Classroom at Cambria Pines Lodge will open at 4:00pm for class setup and registration.

  • Class with Andrea 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

- Thursday October 31st: Class with Frank Garcia 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, crop room will remain open until 9:00pm for you to continue cropping or finish your projects. We will also do a Halloween Swap this evening (details to come).

- Friday November 1st: Class with Frank Garcia 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, crop room will close at 6:00 PM to allow our staff to clean the room.

- Saturday November 2nd: 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM Private Tour and Cheese tasting at Stepladder Ranch & Creamery in Cambria Please note - this day will not have any cost and is completely optional. Transportation is not provided. We will not be providing any meals on this day.

- On site Frank Garcia Studio Mini Pop Up Store with supplies and product selections for purchase.

Pricing:

Craft Event Details:

- This 3 day event will be $799 with the option of splitting the amount in 4 payments payable to Frank Garcia Studio. Please note, this does not include your stay or transportation. Each payment will be split into 4 equal payments of $199.75 made payable online only. Please note a non-refundable deposit of the first payment is required to reserve your spot. This event is non-refundable for any reason, class kits will be available for pickup if you are unable to attend the event. Our original class/event policy applies to this event.

Full Payment will be due September 1st 2024. All payments must be made on our website, selecting the correct payment type (deposit, first payment, second payment etc.). Any attendees who are not fully paid by September 1st will be considered canceled and deposits will be forfeited.

Hotel Details:

Our group will be staying at the Cambria Pines Lodge at an average special double occupancy rate of approximately $325 per person. This will apply for the stay from Tuesday October 29th and Checking Out Saturday November 2nd. Prices will vary if checking out Sunday. Please note taxes and fees not included in quoted nightly prices, prices are approximated until booked. You must book your hotel room either online with a code that will be provided with a paid deposit or you may call the hotel directly. Once our room block is filled there will be no more rooms at our group rate. Room Reservations close September 1st.

ROOMS ARE LIMITED. Your payment method will not be charged for the hotel until the check-in but you must reserve a room as soon as they are available.

In the event that we do not meet the minimum attendee requirement for the hotel we may cancel the event without prior notice. Attendees will be refunded if we do not meet the minimum requirement.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What types of projects will be taught? We will be using the latest Prima Collections along with other products. You can expect some Holiday themed projects and classes filled with the latest and greatest from your favorite brands.

How much crafting space will I have? Remember, Cambria is a small town with small hotels and venues. We expect each person to have about 3-4ft of crafting space. Please pack smart when traveling to the event. We suggest bringing only what is needed for class during class time and once class is over if you want to crop you can bring other items into the classroom during crop times.

Is the event transferable/Can I cancel my attendance? You can transfer your spot to another person, we will need to be notified ahead of time of any transfers and you will have to arrange the transfer of your spot (payments etc.). There are no cancellations. Due to extensive planning, we are unable to offer refunds. In the event that you are unable to attend, we will save your class kits and have them available for pickup in our studio in Upland California after the event.

What supplies do I need to bring? We will be sending a supply list to every attendee ahead of the event. Optionally we will also be offering complete supply kits for sale ahead of time so you do not have to pack these items, they will be ready for you at the event. We will also have an on site mini-shop with basic supplies available.

What amenities does the hotel offer? The hotel has a full restaurant and bar, breakfast is included with your room stay, rooms have microwave/fridge/coffee machine, there is a pool on site as well as many outdoor gardens and areas to sit. Is transportation included? No, transportation is not included. You must be able to arrive at the event site on your own as well as transport to the venues we will be visiting.

What time do classes start/end? Classes will begin at 9:00 AM and end around 4:00pm, room will remain open for cropping until 9:00 PM on class days.

By signing up for our event, you agree to release Frank Garcia Studio Inc. of all liabilities including any loss or damages of personal property, any physical or bodily damage (including death). You also agree to our terms and conditions outlined above and agree to the non-refundable policy. In the event you choose to not attend for any part of the event for any reason, we will not be issuing any refunds or credits of any kind. We thank you for your understanding.
