The front cover is made of heavy-duty acrylic plastic and is screen-printed with a grid. You can use this tool with clear stamps and red rubber cling mount stamps as the included foam pad raises your cardstock/paper to facilitate stamping with clear stamps. It's not necessary to re-align your stamps if you don't get the coverage you want the first time.

The included magnet help to quickly and easily position your paper and hold it in place. The included grid paper helps you find just the right positioning for your stamp before you put ink to the paper.
