This paste is a translucent matte paste to create glow-in-the-dark textured, dimensional effects. This paste changes color by exposing it to a bright light source. This paste can also be colorized while wet, to give you an endless array of possibilities. This paste can be spread with Tim Holtz Distress Palette Knives (sold separately).
